From Boardroom to Bhangra: My Kathak Journey

It all started during a routine daily grind. I was trapped stuck in a pattern of conferences, spreadsheets, and the constant buzz of emails. But underneath it all, there was this yearning for something more, something passionate. Then, one day, I stumbled into a Kathak workshop. The rhythm swept me away. The movements were graceful, telling narratives without copyright. I was instantly hooked.

From that moment, the boardroom became my practice space and the office life faded into the background. Trading my business attire for a traditional outfit, I embraced the power of Kathak. The discipline, the focus it required mirrored the demands of the corporate world, but instead of spreadsheets, I was interpreting feelings.

It wasn't always smooth sailing. Balancing career with my new commitment was a challenge, but the joy I experienced in Kathak made it all worthwhile.

Now, when I dance, I don't just move my body. I tell stories, transmit experiences, and connect with the audience on a more profound level. It's a journey of transformation. From boardroom to Bhangra, Kathak has transformed me.

Life as a Dancer & CEO: Grace Under Pressure

The spotlight blazes, demanding every ounce of focus and accuracy. A dancer on stage, heart pounding in time with the music, embodies grace under pressure. Yet, fleeting instants later, a different kind of demand arises. The CEO, transitioning from rehearsal to conference room, navigates a landscape of spreadsheets and plans.

This duality, this constant balancing, is the very essence of a life lived between two worlds. The dancer's innate ability for intuition and emotional expression becomes invaluable in the boardroom. Similarly, the CEO's dedication honed through years of decision-making translates into a powerful presence on stage.
